Robot Welding

The loose components of the assembly are being mounted into a welding frame with the necessary support structures and spot weld together.

Consecutively this assembly is being finished by means of one of the welding robots.

More then 90% of the welding at Femstaal is being done by welding robots.

Equipment :

3 x welding robot on tracks of ca 10 m.

1 x welding robot on track of 16 m. and extra manipulator.

2 x welding robots with 2 individual manipulators each
